Situated in the western suburb of Cabramatta, Thanh Binh is locally renowned for its fresh, authentic Vietnamese fare. Large front windows admit plenty of natural light into the small dining room, which is simply decorated with sparse white walls and tiled floors. Most of the menu is designed for sharing, with options including traditional pho (Vietnamese soup with rice noodles), and the signature do-it-yourself sugarcane prawn rolls, served with round paper rice sheets and steamed noodles. In addition to soya bean and herbal drinks, Thanh Binh has a limited beer and wine selection, as well as a wine-only BYO policy.
