Two Colombian siblings opened this restaurant in San Carlos de Bariloche, and later decided to move the business to Buenos Aires. Here, chef Santiago Macías Acuña uses Latin American flavors in his eclectic eight-course tasting menu; wine pairings are optional. His sister, Laura, oversees the restaurant décor, and recently redesigned the space, which is in a beautiful mansion in Villa Crespo. Guests can watch the small and diligent team hard at work in the open kitchen, preparing dishes such as coffee-braised pork shoulder. The restaurant is reservations-only, so make sure to call ahead.
