Enjoy great views inside and out while dining at this contemporary-American bistro. Mountains, slopes, and pines can be seen from the rooftop patio and through the tall windows. Inside are brick walls hung with canvas art. A large, curved staircase leads to upper-level tables, with an arched skylight higher up. The happy hour menu includes “ever changing” soup and truffle fries. Bar beverages include vodka, bourbon, more than 30 wines by the glass, and unique drinks like a margarita with crushed jalapenos. Among the entrees are Colorado lamb T-bone with sweet potato hash and Colorado goat cheese. Reservations are recommended.

If you’re easily chilled, sit away from the window glass upstairs and the door in the bar area in the winter.
