The Hearthstone Restaurant occupies a Victorian-style home dating back to the early 1880’s. There are dining rooms on the first and second floors, each with lace curtains and antique reproduction chairs. Colorado lamb is the specialty here, and popular interpretations include the herb-crusted rack with a Pinot Noir demi-glace. Local freshwater fish also comprises the menu, including pecan-crusted Colorado striped bass, and Idaho trout stuffed with blue crab. An extensive wine list reflects an emphasis on California Cabernet Sauvignons. A special menu is available for diners who require gluten-free dishes.
