Inside, well-dressed patrons dance to Cuban rhythms and other tunes, while sipping classic drinks ranging from Manhattans mixed with Canadian whisky to cups of hot-buttered rum. In fitting with the club's West Indies theme, the menu also includes island-inspired cocktails like the Cuba Libre, made with Havana Club rum, lime juice, citrus wedges, and cola. While the drink list is extensive, the snacks number just two: peanuts and salted chips.
