Berlin, 10115, Germany
TEL: 49-30-2005-4102

Restaurant Remake, located in the trendy Mitte district, showcases the globally-influenced, eclectic cuisine of chef Stephan Maron. At only 30, Maron has already honed his culinary skills in positions at such respectable places as the Grand Hyatt Berlin and Ma Tim Raue. Maron’s menu includes unique dishes like pork cheek with watermelon and mint puree. The cuisine at Remake is intended to be light, yet filling and lacks heavy, fattening sauces. Diners are seated in one of several small, inviting rooms with exposed brick, tiled floors, and terra cotta-colored accents.

Insider Tip:

Meals at Remake can be a bit pricey. For a more affordable option, ask your server about the five-course prix fixe menu.
