Housed inside an 1881 building designed by its namesake, Martin-Gropius-Bau hosts a variety of exhibitions related to art and culture. Exhibits at the museum highlight everything from archeological finds to photography, and past exhibits have focused on artists, such as Frida Kahlo and Man Ray, as well as objects of cultural significance, such as Egyptian and Aztec artifacts. Guided tours of the whole museum are available, as are exhibit-specific guided tours, and tickets for all tours must be purchased at the box office.
