Don’t expect a traditional “t” house at this Chaoyang district restaurant; it defies categorization. Artist and musician Jin R founded it with her sister Sapphire; the interior combines Pop, industrial, and Asian influence into a thoroughly modern and quirky space, with birdcages, absurdly large chairs, and marble floors. The atmosphere may outshine the fare, but modern fusion is the specialty, with flavors often tinged with the trademark tea. Anticipate dishes like fennel dumplings and roasted lamb with oolong tea leaves.
