Part of The Osprey at Beaver Creek, a RockResort, the Osprey Lounge is a slope-side tapas bar that serves breakfast through dinner. Its woodsy-looking bar area has a unique wall pattern of the ringed ends of small stacked logs. Sustainable, farm-to-table ingredients are used to make tapas plates like truffled meatballs and lobster nachos, as well as “addictions” like focaccia pizza and creamy truffled polenta. Skiers can warm up by the fire with cocktails or cocoa, and guests can learn mixology and taste wines on a complimentary basis during the peak times of year.
