Barcelona is the gin and tonic capital of the world. Expect to see the city’s favorite tipple served in enormous goblets, with an array of exciting flavorings and premium-brand gins (and tonics) on offer. Barcelona nightlife is also experiencing a resurgence of retro cocktail bars, such as Collage and Bobby Gin, not to mention the delightful roof terraces that can be found atop most of the fashionable hotels, such as the Grand Central, Pulitzer and 1898. And, as if that wasn’t enough, Barcelona’s most famous cocktail bar, Dry Martini, was recently listed as one of the World’s 50 Best Bars for a record-equaling seventh time.
