Lighthouse Bay

Low Bay
Codrington, Barbuda, Antigua and Barbuda
TEL: (888) 214-8552

If it’s privacy you’re after, you’ll find it here. Bordered by the Caribbean Sea on one side and a blue lagoon on the other, Barbuda’s Lighthouse Bay Resort is a quintessential, quiet Caribbean hideaway. Opened in 2007 by an island native, it’s the only building on a small, peaceful island, rimmed by a pink-sand beach. Each of the nine suites is outfitted with marble-and-blue granite bathrooms, Turkish Travertine tiled floors, and white-on-white beds, and set apart around a kidney-shaped pool. Come dinner, don’t miss the blackened snapper filet, courtesy of Chef Lennox Cadogan, who previously cooked at Barbuda’s popular K Club.

Room to Book:

Reserve one of the four 800-square-foot Master Suites for views of both the sunrise over the lagoon and the sunset over the Caribbean (seen from the outdoor terraces).

Insider Tip:

You’ll want to unplug, but for those quick e-mail checks, the hotel provides laptops and fully-loaded iPads.
