Opened in 1965, Miami's Bal Harbour Shops is a popular open-air mall built on what was once the site of a World War II barracks. It has two stories of designer shops, including Tory Burch, Versace, and Chopard, as well as Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. Fashion shows and other events at this complex sometimes include appearances by designers such as Diane von Furstenberg and Oscar de la Renta.
