The covered deck splits into three levels, so diners and drinkers can enjoy the views from virtually any seat. Much like the menu at his celebrated Spice Market in New York City, chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten has chosen to focus on Asian-inspired street cuisine at On-the-Rocks, incorporating fresh local ingredients in dishes such as lobster in toasted garlic butter, seared Gulf shrimp in pumpkin puree, and grilled lamb chops with spicy chili sauce.
