Housed in the historic Salada Tea Building, first constructed in 1917, the two-level dining room maintains original architectural elements such as sculpted ceilings and huge Corinthian columns. While seated at white-clothed tables, surrounded by mahogany paneling and green marble accents, patrons savor inventive dishes from celebrated executive chef Jay Murray. The menu features dry aged, all-natural prime beef as well as fresh seafood, with highlights including tuna tartare with spicy beet mustard and slow-roasted beef tenderloin with port and gorgonzola reduction.
