Which means getting in it or on it is a must-do when you’re in town—that could mean a ferry ride to Devonport or Waiheke, a swim at one of the gem-like Herne Bay beaches, or a kayak along the shoreline. And of course, Auckland has no lack of other activities—shops, museums, parks, clubs, galleries, monuments, and more.
