Housed in an unassuming red-brick building, this tiny concert venue provides an intimate setting for indie, rock, blues, and country music performances. Located downtown behind the historic 40 Watt Club, the lounge contains little more than a stage surrounded by Christmas lights and a full bar plastered with concert posters of previous entertainers. Outside, a handful of chairs and picnic tables provide a place to relax and listen to the music resonating from inside the club. In addition to local and regional bands (past performers include Primate, the Desarios, and Groove Tangent), the lounge also hosts occasional standup comedy shows.
The club is usually extremely loud during concerts; stop by the bar and purchase some earplugs if the volume level becomes overwhelming.
