Rustique Bistro

The Rustique Bistro resembles a Provençal cottage, with stucco walls and dried herbs and flowers hanging from the rafters. Located one block off Main Street in downtown Aspen, Rustique serves hearty, French-influenced dishes, including roasted chicken with apricot and serrano stuffing, and calf’s liver with bacon and onions. French bread is served fresh from the brick oven in a brown paper bag. House-made fig bars accompany the cheese plate, a popular dessert selection.
