Jimmy's

Famous in Aspen for what owner Jimmy Yeager calls “fierce American food,” Jimmy’s is an unpretentious restaurant serving a menu of comfort fare, seafood, and steaks. The dining room has tables with white linens, golden walls, and dark-wood wingback chairs. Popular dishes include the classic meatloaf with a Mad Dog Ranch barbecue sauce and the Colorado rack of lamb with basil oil and a black truffle risotto cake. Jimmy’s stocks a selection of more than 100 tequilas and mezcals. Latin dancing is popular with locals on Saturdays.
