Sitting high above Aspen at the Cloud Nine high-speed quad in the Aspen Highlands ski area, the Cloud Nine Alpine Bistro offers adventurous diners a one-of-a-kind experience. At 10,740 feet, the restaurant offers unparalleled views of the neighboring Maroon Bells. The menu includes a selection of dishes featuring game meats, such as venison, elk, and pheasant, as well as the crowd-pleasing fondue and raclette, Hungarian chicken paprikash, and seared salmon steak. Lunch is served daily, while dinner is served on Thursday evenings and requires reservations.
