Casa Rural El Olivar
Iznájar is the quintessential pueblo blanco, a whitewashed village rising from the hills of Andalusia. Two Belgian expats recently opened the five-room Casa Rural el Olivar, a former farm on the town’s outskirts. Furnishings are minimal, resourceful, and stylish: roof tiles repurposed as sconces, crown canopies crafted from yards of white linen. The wicker chaise longues by the infinity pool are perfectly positioned for views of a sapphire lake and acres of olive trees.
