Most of the airport’s stores center around this hub, a well-vetted string of stores—Nike, H&M, the Body Shop, Suit Supply, and various boutiques—from which to grab a last-minute gift, outfit, or travel accessory. Don’t overlook Holland Gifts and Souvenirs, which, despite a storefront full of typical airport tchotchkes, also has duty-free liqueurs, chocolates, and small artisanal ornaments.

Spend more than 20 euros (about $28) on a layover at any Schiphol store, and the airport will store your purchases until you pass back through the airport for your flight home.
