Live out the ultimate farm-to-table fantasy with a meal at chef Alain Passard's Michelin three-starred restaurant. His menus incorporate the dozens of fruit, vegetable, and herb varieties grown on his farm and tilled by horses in the southwest of Paris, in addition to ingredients from local producers who share his passion for terroir. The decor (polished oak-paneled walls and white tablecloths) is austere and well-complemented by an elaborate "gesture" on each table, which can be anything from decorative gourds to bundles of licorice sticks.
