St. Germain
Paris, 75006, France
Chef William Ledeuil, who earned his toque under Guy Savoy, is a scholar of Asian flavors, grafting them with impeccably French, impeccably modern techniques, as seen through the open kitchen of this handsome, Michelin star-winning St. Germain restaurant. The gallery-esque interior features work by contemporary artists such as Jacques Bosser, Daniel Humair, and Tony Soulié, and floor to ceiling windows offer wide perspectives of the activity streetside. Ledeuil’s set menu changes every five weeks, with representative dishes including grilled veal shank with sweet bread, Iberian pig confit, and grilled scorpion fish.
Insider Tip:
Also try the lower-key annex a few doors down called KGB, which features small plate versions of Ledeuil's flavorful French-Asian cuisine.
