Les Fines Gueules
Paris, 75001, France
Located on a quiet side street just off the Place des Victoires, this traditional wine bar and bistro is housed in a 17th-century stone building designed by renowned architect Jules Hardouin-Mansart. The three-level interior features exposed brick, a vintage zinc bar, and dome-shaped pendant lights, and seating is also available on the outdoor terrace. The seasonal menu incorporates fresh meats from well-known butcher Hugo Desnoyer, vegetables from Joël Thiébault, and breads from Jean-Luc Poujauran. In addition to signature dishes like the steak tartare, the bistro also serves more than 500 international wines, many of which are available for retail purchase.
Insider Tip:
The dining rooms fill up completely after 8 p.m., so make sure to arrive before then if you don't have a reservation.
