Adventurous contestants have plenty of options with these three contests. Whether following the Travelocity gnome to Machu Pichu, jetting to Dubai, or exploring new culinary adventures abroad, these sweepstakes are not for homebodies. Procrastinators beware, each opportunity is only available for a few more days.

“Orbitz 50 Fave” Contest
Enter now – September 18th, 2011

Booking site Orbitz has launched a new game on their Facebook page—and with very real prizes. To enter, “like” the Orbitz page and receive five bids (the equivalent of entries). Earn additional bids as you recruit friends to join the game. Use bids to pick favorite trips out of over 50 destinations, including a $15k desert escape to Dubai with stays at Mina A Salam, Dar Al Masyaf, and Al Qasr, a $14k trip to the Riviera Maya featuring the Fairmont Mayakoba (pictured above), and a $13k trip to Cape Town including accommodations at the Westin Cape Town.

“Enjoy a Taste of Europe” Photo Contest

The European Travel Commission has launched a food-themed photo contest giving away a dream trip for two. To enter become a fan of visiteurope.com’s Facebook page and upload a foodie photo (a favorite dish, a market snapshot) and story that best describes “a taste of Europe.” The public will vote on the photos and captions from October 1st through 14th to pick the top 10. The winner will be selected by a panel of judges and announced on October 24th. Continue to check the Facebook page for details on the grand prize and to vote for your favorites

"Roam with the Gnome Collect and Win" Game
Enter now – October 31st, 2011

Participants can register at the Travelocity website for a chance to win one of the 180 instant prizes like tablets, MP3 players, cameras and digital headphones. While there, entrants will be asked two new survey questions each time they play. For every new entry, participants either win an instant prize or a virtual passport stamp. Entrants who collect all seven stamps will win one of the seven grand prize trips to Sydney Australia, Abu Dhabi, Rio de Janeiro, Hong Kong, Vancouver, B.C., Machu Pichu, or Cancun, Mexico.
