La Maltese Estate Villa - up to 45% off

Santorini, Greece
Once the home of a sea captain, La Maltese Estate Hotel is now an impeccable six-room Relais & Châteaux boutique hotel in the village of Imerovigli, a quiet area sandwiched between the two main tourist towns of Fira and Oia on Santorini's steep western edge. The property is the most exclusive on the island; it's small enough that it's often rented by one group, and the guests-only restaurant holds excellent wine-tasting events that are closed to the public. But the property's intimate scale doesn't mean it's without all the requisite luxury amenities—there are two small plunge pools, a bar lounge, and a spa complex that's furnished with a hammam, sauna, and indoor Jacuzzis. Inside, the rooms are designed with classic French touches, from striped wallpaper to four-poster beds, chandeliers, and gold-framed mirrors (one suite is furnished with a white grand piano). But the best feature is the large terrace, ideal for lounging and taking in the plunging views of Santorini's caldera and the islands of Cyclades, beyond. (Sale ends in 1 day.)

201107-hp-vacationist-notosjpgNotos Therme & Spa Hotel - up to 61% off
Santorini, Greece

Set foot on the warm black sands of Vlychada Beach and you'll see why Santorini, an island formed by underwater calderas, is a favorite Greek island getaway. But escaping the summer crowds is no easy feat. Enter the 30-room Notos Therme & Spa, set at a distance from the tourist crowds in the towns of Oia and Fira, further to the north. Thanks to a top-to-bottom renovation earlier this year, it's ready to welcome travelers to its cliffside perch. Suites feature sprawling 260-square-foot private terraces that overlook the Aegean, and all have private outdoor Jacuzzi sand personal sunbathing areas with a pergola. The hotel's spa is also a focal point. It's carved into the volcanic rock, and some treatment rooms have curved white stucco ceilings. Outside, both pools are filled with natural spring water, and the on-site restaurant serves local wines, produce, and fish with views of the Aegean. For those who want a taste of the town, a scooter rental will get you there in no time. (Sale ends in 4 days.)

201107-b-jademtnjpgJade Mountain - up to 35% off
Soufrière, Saint Lucia

Located at the highest point of the island, near the west coast town of Soufrière, Jade Mountain wraps around a hillside, its exterior all curves and rough stone. Inside, each of the 28 suites is unique, but they all share impressive features: infinity pools or jacuzzis, 15-foot ceilings, and loftlike architecture—even the raised bathroom is essentially part of one huge space. Walk into the living room and it seems as if you've walked into the Pitons: suites have only three walls, offering open-air, panoramic views. Designed and owned by Russian-Canadian architect Nick Troubetzkoy, the resort has bold and organic architecture that celebrates the natural beauty of St. Lucia. (Sale ends in 1 day.)
