Driving in Vancouver
Renting a car if you're staying in Vancouver is more trouble than it's worth; many roads are one-way, street parking is scarce, and the city is wonderfully walkable. A car is only necessary if you're planning a trip outside the city (say, to Whistler). Major rental agencies including Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, and others have branches Downtown.
