Getting Around Vieques
It’s a very good idea to rent a four-wheel-drive vehicle here. Just make sure to reserve early; 4x4’s are often booked many weeks in advance. Be aware: driving on Vieques can be a harrowing affair, as the island’s roads are narrow and usually unlit at night.
