The Web site for the Hong Kong Tourism Board, www.discoverhongkong.com, is a little hard to navigate, but it’s also very helpful, and packed with comprehensive information about the city’s major areas and attractions. Recently launched is the local version of Time Out, www.timeout.com.hk, which updates its listings weekly and picks the best spots for dining, clubbing, and viewing exhibitions.
