Another state-owned, Western-managed, and not-very-well-designed resource is www.thebeijingguide.com. Weekly-updated listings of events, concerts, and nightlife happenings can be found at www.timeout.com/cn/en/beijing. Two fun, interesting blogs about daily life in the city are thebeijinger.com and beijingboyce.com.
