Tokyo: Roppongi Hills
In one of the most creative holiday displays we’ve seen, Tokyo’s midtown shopping district of Roppongi went high-concept for its inaugural 2007 Christmas display. Outside the Roppongi Hills Galleria, a wide garden expanse was transformed into a spectacular ground-level night sky—complete with showers of darting comets—called “The Milky Way.”
