You can spend a whole afternoon going to art galleries in Chelsea without spending a dime, and have the best time. I always go to PPOW —they have some really imaginative stuff from some of my favorite neo-surrealists. My jacket?I got it at H&M (various locations; hm.com), and then I got it tailored—the fit makes such a big difference. It probably cost me only $50 total, after the adjustments.
