I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 42 years. I just love to wander down Fifth Avenue: there’s Museum Mile, with the Metropolitan Museum of Art; there’s Central Park; there’s the New York Public Library. It’s just delightful. But if I’m going to shop, I like my Bloomingdales. They have a lot of sales; the 20 percent off and the 30 percent off and the 40 percent off all add up.
