LaGuardia improved its delays by 1 percentage point, but they still ranked in the worst 5, (down from #8 in 2007).

*Figures indicate the percentage of all flights that departed more than 15 minutes behind schedule from January 1, 2008, to August 31, 2008, and are from the U.S. Department of Transportation.
