Atlantic Southeast topped the worst list last year, but increasing its on-time performance by 9% was almost enough to keep it off 2008’s list.
* Figures are from the latest report by the U.S. Department of Transportation (released October 2008). They indicate the percentage of flights that arrived on time from September 1, 2007, to August 31, 2008.
