There's still time to take in the sights at Albuquerque's annual Hot-Air Balloon Fiesta—the event takes place through October 11th. If you're not going to make it out for the events, we've got the next best thing: a curation of photos from the first few days of the festival. From the daily balloon take-offs to the chainsaw carving competitions, you never know what you're going to run into on the event grounds—you may even end up helping a pilot inflate his balloon for the evening Glowdeo. No matter what you're there for, the view is unreal: within minutes, the sky fills with colorful balloons, just barely blocking out the sunset for a spectacle that is truly one-of-a-kind.
