Brenda’s French Soul Food, a tiny Louisiana-inspired breakfast-and-lunch joint, is perpetually crowded with fans of its terrific crawfish beignets and genius shrimp and grits with a winey tomato sauce, from a menu where most items cost less than 10 bucks.
