This 11-year-old spot, with striking white, glass and chrome interiors, is where fashionable locals come to admire awe-inspiring Bosporus vistas and size up each other’s Hermès accessories. The menu offers a crowd-pleasing assortment of carpaccios, pastas and sushi, and the 200-label wine list is one of the best in town.
We loved: Crispy salmon-skin rolls.
