Located along the South Lake Union Trolley line, this pizzeria uses century-old artisan traditions and imported ingredients to craft authentic Neapolitan pies. Hand-shaped dough is topped with fresh herbs, organic San Marzano DOP tomatoes, and fresh mozzarella before being cooked in the wood-fired brick oven. The authentic thin-crust pie can be topped with everything from Italian sausage and spicy salami to oil cured olives and roasted peppers. The menu also includes salads, calzones, and antipasti. The Italian wine list is small, but has both reds and white, and bottles can even be purchased for take-out.
