Tom's Kitchen
Located in the heart of Chelsea, Tom’s Kitchen is a brasserie-style restaurant serving modern European cuisine. The rustic restaurant is decorated like an Edwardian country house, with exposed brick walls, wooden tables, a marble bar, and an open kitchen. Along with his twin brother Robert, chef Tom Aiken prepares simple comfort dishes such as Daylesford seven-hour confit lamb, beer-battered fish and chips, and slow roasted Blythburgh pork belly. The brunch is popular, especially the brioche French toast with caramelized apples, cinnamon cream, and maple syrup.
Insider Tip:
Tom, who has been cooking since 16, was head chef at Pied à Terre at age 26 when the restaurant earned its first Michelin star.
