This intimate spot is the latest venture from the team behind the popular A16. Chef Nate Appleman focuses on the food of Rome, producing extraordinary house-made pastas, as well as 25 different appetizers categorized as cold, hot and, everyone’s favorite, fried.
We loved: Tuna conserva with arugula, almonds and olives; cacio e pepe (spaghetti with pecorino and black pepper).
