The city’s most passionate raw-fish zealots fight for spots at the sushi bar of this small and super-traditional Japanese restaurant in Hayes Valley. Chefs Daniel Dunham and Michael Black limit their short menu to whatever fish is flown in, almost daily, from Tokyo’s Tsukiji market.
We loved: Soy-marinated salmon eggs; sea urchin.
