Original paintings and ceramics by the restaurant’s eponym brighten this Bellagio dining room, which is also adorned with vibrant flowers, colorful upholstered chairs, and large windows overlooking the hotel's famous fountain show. Here, patrons can savor a four-course prix fixe menu or a five-course degustation menu showcasing French- and Spanish-inspired dishes from celebrated chef Julian Serrano. Highlights include the fresh lobster salad, pan-seared scallop over potato mousseline, and sautéed foie gras on peach-thyme pound cake. After dessert, patrons are also treated to a box of take-home pastries.
