Pepolino
New York, NY, 10013, United States
Named after a type of thyme that grows in the hills of Tuscany, Pepoline’s is a neighborhood trattoria in TriBeCa. The bi-level space run by chef-owners Patrizio Siddu and Enzo Pezone is comprised of tiled floors, light wood and brick accents, close-together tables, and a patio dining area. Traditional dishes include pappardelle al Pepolino, a pasta dish served with tomato sauce and fresh thyme; veal and ricotta meatballs; and sausage and spinach on homemade focaccia bread.
Insider Tip:
Many New Yorkers rank Pepolino's light, creamy ricotta cheesecake as the best in the city.
