Palatium

A modern enoteca with whitewashed walls and exposed brick, Palatium is a showcase for the food and wine of Lazio: it’s operated by the regional tourism authority. Sitting in one of the restaurants alcoves or at the bar, guests discover local wines such as Frascati and Cesanese Del Piglio, alongside antipasti such as tiella di polipo (a kind of octopus pot pie). Visitors may also opt for a full dinner entree like the house-made ravioli or pasta all'amatriciana (a Roman favorite).
