Located on the seventh floor of the Park Hyatt, NoMI is a Michelin one-star restaurant focusing on fresh, regional ingredients. Inside the dining room, hand-blown glass sculptures shaped like branches hang above the most-desired window seats, while restored original mosaic tiles cover the floor. Executive chef Ryan LaRoche creates a seasonally inspired cuisine, and while dishes rotate on and off the menu as the weather changes, the pan-seared diver sea scallops and the signature sushi and sashimi platter are staples.
