An offshoot of the famed Manhattan original, Nobu, Las Vegas offers modern Japanese cuisine from celebrity chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Located in the Hard Rock Hotel, the restaurant features river rock and seaweed walls, bamboo pillars, and geometric glass ceilings, all of which complement the small, artfully presented plates. In addition to the fresh sushi, patrons also praise the yellowtail sashimi with jalapeño and, perhaps Nobu’s most famous dish, the black cod with miso. The Bento Box flourless chocolate cake with green tea ice cream is a favorite, as well.
