Though it’s part of the Montgomerie golf club, Nineteen’s elegant furnishings and dark-wood walls are more luxurious than sporty. French chef Nicolas Valero skillfully prepares fusion dishes from lemongrass-scented risotto to chocolate fondant with Middle Eastern almond ice cream.
We loved: Surf and turf—a filet of Angus beef with sautéed lobster in black-bean sauce.
