Mint/820
Mississippi Avenue Arts District
On the edge of the up-and-coming Mississippi Avenue Arts District, Mint/820 features the artful elixirs of mixologist Lucy Brennan, whose strangely refreshing avocado daiquiri and sublime Bella martini (vodka, blackberry purée, and lemon-lime juice) have completely altered the Portland cocktail landscape. The lounge occupies a dimly lit, high-ceilinged vintage storefront with cheery seasonal patio. The crowd is eclectic—artists, gays and lesbians, foodies, hipsters—but most of them tend to be in the twenty- and thirtysomething age range.
