Within walking distance of the Tel Aviv Museum and Opera House, Martha serves excellent Middle Eastern dishes (lentil salad with eggplant puree), Western dishes (sirloin meatballs) and a few that fuse the two (halvah parfait on a chocolate brownie).
We loved: Grilled spring chicken.
Insider tip: Try the house-made vodkas, infused with cinnamon, lemongrass or ginger.
